Menu Buka Puasa Nggak Ribet Pakai Resep SKIPPY

Di Bulan Ramadhan, ketika senja hari menjelang berbuka puasa banyak penjual yang menjajakan takjil maupun makanan siap saji. Mungkin ada yang ingin berhemat membuat menu buka puasa sendiri di rumah daripada beli di luar. Nah, bagi ibu-ibu ingin menyajikan menu buka puasa yang enak bagi keluarga, ada resep dari Skippy si peanut butter yang pasti disukai si kecil. Berikut resep-resep yang bisa dicoba di rumah ya.

  • Peanut Butter Hot Chocolate Float

  • Ingredients

    2 cups almond milk
    ¼ cup sugar
    1 tablespoon unsweetened cocoa powder
    ¼ cup SKIPPY® creamy peanut butter
    1 pint vanilla ice cream
    Chocolate syrup
  • Instruction

    1. In medium saucepan combine milk, sugar, cocoa powder and peanut butter.
    2. Heat, stirring constantly 3 to 5 minutes or until heated through. Transfer mixture to 4 mugs.
    3. Top each with 1 scoop ice cream. Drizzle with chocolate syrup if desired.

    Decoration for the cups:
    1 (12-ounce) package chocolate melting wafers
    1 ½ cups finely chopped dry-roasted peanuts
    Melt wafers according to package directions.  Turn mugs upside down and dip rim in chocolate, twisting to remove excess. Dip chocolate covered rim into peanuts. Drizzle mug with melted peanut butter. Refrigerate 30 minutes. Drizzle top of hot chocolate float with melted peanut butter.

    This recipe is recommended for 4 servings.

  • Peanut Butter Toffee Bars

  • Ingredients

    1 cup SKIPPY® SUPER CHUNK® Peanut Butter
    1/2 cup butter
    3/4 cup firmly packed light brown sugar
    1/2 cup granulated sugar
    1 teaspoon vanilla extract
    2 large eggs
    2 cups all-purpose flour
    1/2 teaspoon salt
    1 (12-ounce) bag chocolate chips, divided
    1 cup toffee bar bits
  • Instruction

    1. Heat oven to 350°F. Grease 13×9-inch pan.
    2. In large bowl, beat together peanut butter, butter, brown sugar, granulated sugar and vanilla 5 minutes or until thick and creamy. Beat in eggs, flour and salt. Stir in 1 cup chocolate chips. Spread evenly into pan.
    3. Bake bars 25 minutes or until lightly browned. Cool on wire rack; immediately sprinkle with remaining chocolate chips. Let stand 5 minutes. Evenly spread melted chocolate; sprinkle with toffee bar bits. Cool completely. Cut into bars to serve.This recipe is recommended for 24 servings.
